PLANT (née FISHER) of 73 Grove,Park Road, Mottingham,Kent. Frank's address in the burial register was Brookside, Cambridge. He was stationed in Cambridge and with a
rank of Lance Corporal. Frank was on operations that night and was run over by a bren gun carrier on the Newmarket-Barton Mills road near Freckenham. He died of his injuries that day in White Lodge Emergency Hospital, Newmarket. |
